Land Beyond Zion is a tour company but we also have a beautiful boutique campground. We bring vacationers and vanlifers together with our adventures and lodging. 

Our guide trips take place all over the Zion area and our basecamp is close to Coral Pink Sand Dunes State Park, Zion National Park, Water Canyon, Gooseberry Mesa, Kanab, Grand Canyon and many other outdoor adventure locations in Southern Utah. We are about 40 minutes away from Zion on a backroad. This makes it easy to help you adventure on trails.

 Our camp has 2 kitchens, bathhouse, water, power and WiFi. The property is cozy, but set up in a way that each person has their own spot. We have some glamp rentals, but mainly offer tent/van/small trailer sites, which means there will never be more than a handful of folks on the property for an intimate experience.

We usually have a camp host who can help you get sorted with anything you need.

We rent to individuals and also provide groups spaces to hold your event or find your happy quiet getaway in the desert. 
The night lights are minimal so the stars and sunset are epic.

We provide a fully stocked kitchen, bathhouse & dumpster for garbage. Hot/cold water and some of our complete setups have Wifi.
